Welcome to our Winter All - Sports Performance training and Kids fitness Programs

Our All-Sports Speed & Performance is designed to push each participant to their peak. Training sessions will focus on improving multi directional speed, body strength, explosive power, core strength, coordination, and much more. The collective group training allows for a team like atmosphere.

 

WAS Kids Fitness is designed to help kids 8 - 12 develop and enhance their motor movement skills. They will work to improve multidirectional movement, hand -eye coordination, body weight strength, flexibility, agility, and more. They will also be introduced to speed related training.
