Our facility
Wisconsin Academy of Sports houses a 4,000 sq foot turf area. It is a perfect setting for our athletes to get the best reps possible training throughout the year. Here we run classes, semi-private, and private training for soccer athletes, but it can be used for multiple sports as well.Â

In addition to our turf area, W.A.S has a secondary turf space for speed, agility and performance training. Semi-private and private sports performance training includes strength, speed, and injury prevention programs that aim to enhance the athletic development of all athletes.

We also have amazing equipment to match our facility. From free weights, to Vertimax Raptors, Vald Speedgates, Blazepods and reaction trainers, Wisconsin Academy of Sports has everything you'll need to take your game to the next level!

Wisconsin Academy of Sports has trained Fox Valley athletes since 1996, led by coaches with real playing experience at the collegiate and international level. Our founder brings 45 years of coaching experience, including time as an Olympic Development Program coach and founder of the Wisconsin Women's Premier League.
Every session runs on more than 4,000 square feet of indoor turf, using equipment like Vald Speedgates, Vertimax Raptors, and Blazepods, the same technology used at the college and pro level. Training is data-driven and built around each athlete's progress.

Carl Gardner
Owner | Soccer and Performance Coach
Carl founded Wisconsin Academy of Sports in 1996. Carl brings over 45 years of coaching experience to W.A.S. This includes 44 years at the club and high school levels, as well as 11 years at the collegiate level.Â
