Service Description
In addition to some of the foundations that are taught in Kick-Start, “Mastering the Ball” is a progression based soccer skills program for girls that is focused on building confidence and creativity in the individual. We encourage participants to challenge their creativity and express it during training sessions. Training will target the following areas: Dribbling at different speeds Skills & turns Ball manipulation Juggling & first touch Passing & Receiving Decision Making Ages: 9-12 years old Girls only Day/Time: Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm Frequency: 1 Class Per Week for 8 Weeks - 8 Sessions total Program Dates: November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 December 6, 13, 20
