SPORTS YOGA

Sports Yoga is a physical practice that concentrates on core stabilization, isometric strengthening postures, focus on breath, and the opportunity to restore the body after the strain and demand of the athlete’s sport.  Yoga helps to improve joint and muscular flexibility along with coordination and balance.  It sharpens mental control and awareness by lessening the impulses of the mind and will prevent injuries as well as aid in a more rapid recovery.
